πŸ”“Web3 on Fundora

In-Game Assets

We value transparency; hence, we plan to keep most of Fundora’s game data on the blockchain.

As individuals with a background in gaming, we recognise the importance of a smooth and engaging user experience. However, achieving the same level of quality on Web2 is challenging due to the nature of the blockchain.

Nonetheless, we are actively exploring potential solutions to enable players to focus solely on the fun elements for which they love Fundora – without needing to be aware of the blockchain technology running in the background.

All in-game assets will be stored on the blockchain for each player at any point. If a player wishes to take ownership of their assets, they can link their existing EVM-compatible wallet to the game or create a new non-custodial wallet within the game – without needing to download any other app or wallet!

We believe that Fundora's fun, competitive, and engaging game experience will attract traditional gamers to Web3 and allow them to enjoy the benefits of proper digital asset rights.

In-Game Experience

The experience and reputation players build in one game should be transferable to other games, much like credit or insurance scores.

Just as anyone on track with their debts receives better loan deals or anyone with a clean driving record pays lower insurance premiums, gamers should also receive similar benefits.

Web3 aims to eliminate the need for trust in third-party intermediaries, while interoperability efforts in the Web2 realm have only fostered monopolies. Marketplaces like Steam hold extensive information on players' experiences and monetise their data without offering anything in return.

As a starting point to embrace the existing Web3 gaming experience, Ginger Joy will endeavour to promote all the Web3 games published under Ginger Joy. Our vision is to extend this integration to other games within the ecosystem.

Multi-chain

We believe that players should not be burdened by knowledge about the game’s underlying technology, nor should they be concerned with mass adoption. Therefore, introducing blockchain elements should not violate this principle.

Fundora will be designed as a multi-chain platform compatible with EVM blockchains to achieve this.

Multi-chain solutions can benefit the entire crypto ecosystem by reducing userbase fragmentation. We will release more details about the first implementation of the chain, as well as our plan for future onboarding of additional chains.
